Why do you use arrival windows instead of exact appointment times?

To ensure reliability and efficiency.
Network and cabling jobs vary widely, and arrival windows allow us to route the best-qualified technician for your job without overpromising timelines.

What if I need to reschedule?

No problem.
Just reply to your confirmation email or text us.  As long as it’s at least 24 hours before your window and your appointment is moved.  Technicians are not permitted to reschedule directly with customers.

Will I know exactly when the technician will arrive?

Yes.
After routing your technician, we’ll confirm your exact arrival time within your selected window.
You’ll also receive confirmations 24 hours and 2 hours before arrival.

How long does the walkthrough take?

Typically 20–40 minutes, depending on the complexity of your space and network setup.

Do I have to be home for the walkthrough?

Yes.
Your technician will need access to your router, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage areas, and any relevant equipment.

What if you can’t assign a technician in my area?

This is rare, but if it happens, we’ll notify you immediately.
